Discuss your unique requirements ↗GAC Analytics is a server-based data analytics solution developed and owned by Grande Afrique Consulting Limited. It brings data extraction, repeatable analysis and results delivery into a practical corporate tool.
Bring together database, business-application and file-based data. Connect supported systems or upload Excel, CSV, JSON and Parquet files. Confirm compatibility during scoping.
Apply configurable scripts to review transactions, identify unusual patterns, reconcile records and test business rules. Extend analysis as your questions and business needs evolve.
Schedule recurring tests for continuous auditing and monitoring. Explore dashboards showing transaction volumes, financial totals, trends, comparisons, exceptions and performance indicators, including the history of exceptions over time. Send results by email to selected users for review and follow-up.
Start with ready-made checks, build your own analysis and turn results into monitored exceptions, clear charts and shareable reports—all through a browser.
Run duplicate detection, reconciliation, ageing, gap analysis, fuzzy matching, outlier tests and completeness checks. Apply Benford’s Law, sampling and segregation-of-duties checks where appropriate.
Build queries by selecting tables and columns, reshape results with visual steps, or use SQL and Python for specialist analysis. Save routines for repeat use.
Combine sources, transform data and schedule pipelines. Sequence extraction and analysis jobs, with options to stop or continue when a step fails.
Track each finding as open, investigating, resolved, false positive or accepted risk. Record review notes and retain follow-up status across collections using the finding’s defined key.
Notify selected recipients when findings increase, exceed a threshold or rise by a chosen percentage. Flag checks that have stopped running and notify teams about failed jobs.
Export findings to Excel, CSV or PDF and email result files. Share exception summaries, run history and trend reports, with result context recorded in Excel exports.
GAC Analytics dashboards bring a wide range of statistics together: totals, counts, averages, percentages, trends, comparisons and exceptions. Choose bar, line, area, pie, donut, radar or radial-bar charts. Pin selected charts to your overview and let them follow the latest script run, or retain a fixed-run view.
Track income, expenditure, balances, payment values, budget variances and financial trends across reporting periods.
See transaction counts, total and average values, distributions, activity patterns and comparisons by department, branch or category.
Summarise test results, exception counts and exception rates. Exception-history dashboards show past results, recurring issues and patterns across reporting periods for management review.
